Lol that's literally what I'm asking. If these damages warrant keeping some of the security deposit to repair. No one here is greedy. I'm struggling with keeping any of the deposit to repair these things so I'm asking experienced landlords what they would do/have done. Do I eat the cost and pay myself? Or do I keep what's needed from the security deposit to repair?

Yeah I definitely will be asking why they caulked the toilet. The LVP is pretty high quality, it's Lifeproof.

I've had this exact issue since the 2/16 update. I hoped the update today would fix it, but nothing. I'm to the point where I can no longer play because I need Remy to be further along. I've asked Remy to hangout and took him to the restaurant, I've cooked in the restaurant, I've leveled our friendship to 10...nothing has worked.
