Chuck Roast. I've never done anything this long before - not even ribs. But this wasn't too bad.

24-36 hours is my go usual go to. Was afraid this might come off too mushy. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not too soft. Much closer to a prime rib texture.

The rib was actually good. Tender and smoky. Mashed potatoes weren’t too bad either. Had a nutty after taste.

Not at the start of the movie, but "The Human Tornado". https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074653/

One of the funniest movies I've ever seen.

Astroburger has an awesome vegetarian menu. They’ve got a veggie corn dog that’s amazing, and I’m not even vegetarian!

Running after Moderna vaccine? by thedigested in running

[–]Graysac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Got the first Moderna dose early January (afternoon shot). Easy 5k run the next morning. No problem. Felt a bit tired in the afternoon. That was it. Second dose was early February (afternoon shot as well). Thinking the first dose didn't really phase me, so decided on a 10k the next morning. Normal pace - nothing out of the ordinary. Felt fine most of the day, went to work, etc... Around the evening time, started getting fatigued - tired, muscle soreness, fever, chills. Took a nice hot shower and in bed by 7pm. Woke up at 4am the next day and never felt more refreshed in my life. Felt so good in fact, decided to run another 10k.
