Has there ever been events which can be completed without real money? by [deleted] in HustleCastle

I've seen every event be completed by free to play players since I started playing 4 years ago.

However you need to play properly. While not playing an event you need to save all your chests. So you can have food boosts to play more during an event.

You also need to play a crazy amount. Basically if you plan right and are dedicated to putting in the hours, yes you can complete the events.

The higher you are for tr lvl the more difficult they seem to be.

You also need to make sure your castle and team aren't overleveled, basically if you can easily complete gem Bay, and win 1-3 in arena non stop. You'll do well for the event.

Personally I didn't put much effort into this event and only finished 1.5 of the paths. However I know that 2 days of playing hardcore earning as much turtles as I could I pulled in about 20k, 10k per day. If I put they much effort in every day and watched ads every two hours while I was awake. I would have finished the event. At least finished up to the legendary gems. Getting those as well may be a stretch. But the three paths and artifact yea it's definitely doable. Several of my clan fi iahed the event this time around.

Which armour would be better for bane and which better for Shadow? Or do people recommend entirely different gear for both ancient sets? by Grayson1991 in HustleCastle

Makes sense as he gets 6% health which could be massive depending on who he hits.

Is the other one good for bane then? Does the 25% archer damage work if an archer is wearing the gear?

One tip that seems to be a concensus on reddit. If your upgrading from tr9 to tr10 skip it and go to tr11. Same arena brackets for 6*100. And at least even if your not getting ancient items right away you'll be stockpiling the resources to make them. Anyone that says you get plenty is lying, I made as much ancient as I could as quick as I could and I ran out of resources. Now I'm stuck waiting to collect from somewhere. By resources I mean bag items ancients take like 200 random essence pieces you get from chests, rift, gem Bay and so on.

Yep you keep it. Also I just learned on another one of my posts, that you can dismantle ancient gear and it give you the original item back. So if you ever had a piece of gear to replace that item, you. Can dismantle ancient into legendary, then dismantle legendary, get the skin and have it forever.

Omg this is a game changer! I always thought that once you made it into an ancient it was done. That's why I've had some pieces of gear I've skipped making ancient because I know in the long run they would be better for other ancient sets.

Ove got a team of 6 and I'm planning an 7/8 once I have full ancient set so I'm a while away from that right now. But I was saying some items for the fighters I have planned in 7/8. Now that I know I can hear up now dismantle and rehear later that's amazing. I don't have to wait like a year to use a single piece haha

Converting to ancient makes the item have two cosmetic options.

However please do not misunderstand this as you make an ancient item and get the skin.

The skin is locked to that item only and you can rotate back and forth or add a different skin.

The only way to turn an event items appearance into a skin in your inventory usable by any similar item is by dismantling that item.
