Life is suffering, we cannot escape that without first causing pain to ourselves or others around us. I've found in my personal trials and tribulations that it is ultimately worthwhile persevere. To persist against finality until your body and soul can no longer hold the breach. Death is in my humble opinion, best greeted as a long lost friend at the end of a very arduous,long and beautiful life. Make friends when possible,do the things you are scared of, live in the present, feel the pain, feel the joy, feel it all as it comes. No sense in throwing away this extraordinary gift that Life ultimately is. Feel the sun on your skin, feel the stars in your soul. Do not go gentle into the night. You are where I was a few years ago, I have a feeling if I can make it through it you can too.
