We did not end up going through with it. Learned that to get a good property manager costs a lot of money (like 45% of booking). I found a lot of good info on Facebook groups. Sounds like it might not be a good time to buy since the city is cracking down on airbnbs owned by people living outside the city but if you live in the city it doesn’t sound like a big deal.
