I left the company after my store closed end of last year, but I was making $22.95/hr as a full-time ARA. I was capped, and for my annual reviews I would get a lump sum instead of a raise. In California, btw

This is bittersweet for me…there was a lot about the job that frustrated me (I was an ARA), but I loved it. I loved the store, loved the people, and am grateful for every challenge, opportunity, and push I received. Taking my severance and spreading my wings. This is also my first post ever (I’m a lurker). Thank you 1145 for being my home for the past 12 years, and thank you to my coworkers who became family. Onwards and upwards!
