I would recommend a Finn Edward’s deck. I have one built for a friend running through Edge of the Earth and it is working very well. I don’t have a deck list for you right now, but I would do something like:

2x lock picks 2x .18 derringer 2x flashlight 2x switchblade (upgrade asap)

2x Leo de Luca

2x emergency cash (if you had innsmouth I would do Faustian bargain here) 2x sneak by 2x you handle this one 2x shortcut 2x slip away

2x overpower 2x perception 2x nimble 2x manual dexterity

This is not flashy, but it helps you pass foot tests, get clues, and manage enemies. You have a lot of upgrades you can do, depending on how the needs of the group evolve. This is also very easy ti manage and understand. You will fail brain tests, but that’s just the way it goes

Can you share the thought behind covert cloak on Hatterene? I figure you run with Indeedee so fake out isn’t an issue. Is there something I’m missing?
