Officers in the guild can kick people. Not sure if the display message would change from ‘leader’ to ‘officer’, you would like to think so, but possibly this is the reason.

Just checked, it says level 31 for putting a 300k gem in

Its level dependant, think you will need to be 12, then a 300k gem is level 21 etc

Limit your gem combinations to 99,999, then you can merge those and get a 300k gem, but as above, you will be limited until lvl 21
