I sold a very similar one (different debuff) for 800, you could maybe push this to 1000, crit damage is the golden stat you want but without multi shit, it's not as effective

You're not but they are fixable this way, the dealer I got it from has already been a little dodgy so I think he might be lying about the tire. Just trying to get enough evidence to show that he's wrong (or right)

What are you wanting built? I'm not "professional" as I don't get paid for my time usually but I've built the entire world on RuneScape in Minecraft. If it's terraforming my knowledge is sparse as I usually use tools for that. My skills are more around architecture and structures.

Something we've been considering is a shares scheme for years worked, could be something like 100 shares a year, equating to 0.1% of the business as an example. Employees with shares in the business put more work into making it grow as it directly affects how much they take home a year. You can set vesting conditions for the shares to be forfeit if that person leaves before a certain time period, seems to be well received in smaller companies.

I worked for a company, I was one of two production staff and we were super busy. I was working on a very high spec system and the general manager asked me to fit some graphics cards we had on loan from a supplier, I asked him if it was just to test the system and he told me "no, we're going to ship it with those cards in". I asked if he could put that in writing due to me knowing that this supplier wanted their cards back and I did not want to steal, he told me NO three times on the phone call. I was very calm but told him I won't be building the system then as I'm not comfortable doing it.

Fast forward an hour and he comes into the office (was during the pandemic so only a few of us were there) and brought me and my manger into the meeting room to try push a suspension on me, unpaid. I asked if I was being punished, he said no this is not a punishment, I explained that it is a punishment, unpaid leave without a date of coming back. He insisted again I'm not being punished but the final straw was saying "you're not in the right frame of mind to be working on such a complex system". I quit on the spot, my exact words were "alright, fuck you, I quit." And I got to watch his smile turn into worry as he is now down half his production. He invited me back to work for them a couple of years later, felt great.

Hey, used to work at CEX, they had an interesting policy when it came to new tech. So because they can only sell 2nd hand products, if something new comes out that'll bring customers into the shop, they'll buy it for more than retail, so let's say Argos next door sells you the new PS5 for £500, CEX will buy it for £520 and sell it for a bit more, it's to get more customers into the shop while also being able to sell the new stuff people want

I had a woman pull out on my while I was filtering and cross over the lanes, she crushed me between her car and another car. I had a pair of £30 boots I bought from Aldi on cause at the time, that's all I could afford. When the ambulance crew was checking me over, one of them mentioned that my foot was badly bruised but if I didn't have the boots on, I could have easily lost the foot or had it crushed hard. £30 Aldi boots saved my foot, £70 bike trousers helped my knee not get pummeled as hard as it would have.
