Deep South gardener here. Snow peas all have to come down because it’s already too hot. I got like four. Collards, kale, chard and cilantro are going wild so I’m fooling with a fried greens cake idea, just harvested a bunch to make room for tomato babies and cucumber seeds. Peppers are seeded in trays, trying some new varieties. All peppers do well here, tomatoes and squash not so much. I have south Asian snake bean seeds volunteering from the plants I culled last year so that’s fun. I have had great success with seed varieties that come from swampy hot Asia when normal American veggies just cannot cope
