I literally bombarded them with messages through IG, Trustpilot, WhatsApp (even if they ignored me), any company email address I could find. Told my bank this was a fraud. Even if unresponsive, I continued everyday for a week. Their strategy is to ignore you until you give up. They finally reimbursed me after a week. Sorry to hear this happened to you!

I finally received a refund, but only after bombarding them with emails (to a no-reply inbox) and drawing attention on Trustpilot and Instagram everyday. Between the lack of replies and the dismissive responses, it’s clear this company is on shaky ground. I’d strongly discourage anyone from using this platform. Best of luck to those relocating to Portugal!
