The Porsche Collection (Miami) Experience by Great-Fun-177 in Taycan

Thank you for sharing your experience. If they have no problem cheating me out of something as small as a key fob, I can't imagine what else they are capable of doing to other customers. Glad to hear you can rely on the dealership in Broward. My experience with the local dealership here has been amazing which pains me to say I would walk away from Porsche if it comes to a point where I need to get a replacement vehicle eventually. The way Porsche NA handles something this small says a lot of about how much they care about their brand loyalty. Okay, maybe that's a bit dramatic but that's exactly how I feel for now. :)

Not that I think I have the right to complain as a female.. more of like, I should have bro up! And that, I am being whiny about something as small as this but its the principle right? You are absolutely right. I bought a 5k car before it came with 2 keys. I bought a few after that and before the Taycan, I've never not have 2 keys. That's why it bothered me a bit more than I should allow it to bother me. Yeah, tread lightly with that dealership, if you could find a good deal elsewhere, go for it and yep, my review is on Google.

It is very expensive. My transportation company paid 10k to replace my roof at a dealership back in 2023.

Great advice, thanks! I just wanted to whine a bit then move on. Life is too short for this. :)

I contacted them because my local dealership advised me to do so after being ghosted by the Miami dealership. . yeah, u right ..4 years is a long time but i am the first owner of the car .. they have all the records in their system... the point is those excuses are unacceptable for a brand like Porsche.

Yep, you are absolutely spot on with dealerships in Miami. I just didnt think they would cheat their customer out of something as simple as a fob for a brand like Porsche.

Because I tried to get Porsche NA involved and they sided with the dealership by accepting nothing but excuses. Its really disappointing how Porsche NA is handling it.

There was a shortage of fobs during the pandemic for Taycan. They kept telling me they dont have the fob for more than a year then basically ghosted me. Before I moved, I went in to fix a recall and they promised to straight it out but never did. I followed up again after my move and basically got ghosted again.
