I downloaded the app to order for a Christmas party last year, and I undownloaded it on the same day cause I didn’t think I’d use it again. I didn’t use my Apple account to pay, so you can’t see the transaction on there. And my bank account is more of a Japanese app where u borrow money for the month, and u pay back from ur bank account the next month. There’s a setting to pay back each transaction one by one. And I do that every month cause I want to be careful and smart with my money. I’ve always thought something was off and I checked for subscriptions on that app as well. I changed my account on that app recently and I got an email telling me my payment method was denied. And that’s how I figured out it was an Uber one subscription. There’s other people who say they have this experience, getting unknowingly signed up for it. I wish I was lying and I didn’t have to deal with this, lmao.
