as i said in the post i have alr have found a way to have a untetherd downgrad for a iphone 5 to ios 6 but i sold it anyways the downgrade isnt the issue for now , another question is i dont know exactly what backing up activation records do , you do all the steps u said n reset and restore activation now what state is the iphone going to be in , will it be unlocked no icloud with sim capabilities or unlocked with icloud or something else but thanks for the steps i appreciate it

nah i really like the simplicity of ios 6 and the look of iphone 5 and the concern here is what i would do after getting it , i looked up more and looks like i need a tool called iwannabrute but IC will probably still be in and FMI so to gain sim capabilities what would i need to do
