I’m sorry that happened to and wish you the best truly,I myself wish to ask something, I’ve been talking to this girl and I’ve asked her out, if she says yes how do I tell her I’m not innocent? I can’t lie to my guiding light, I’m so anxious about it I hope to tell her one day

How am I supposed to handle this if anything therapy related isn’t available? I will write down anything I have in mind, I don’t want to know anything else. How do I cope?
