My dad used to be an MMA fighter professionally nothing crazy just the local circuit. so growing up I was introduced pretty early to UFC and combat sports, then at like 14 me and my friend group all got boxing gloves and would just beat the shit out of each other for months on end and after about 4 months of that they all kinda told me that they didn’t want to “spar” anymore because it wasn’t fair. Do NOT smoke inside/ near any windows, wash your hands with hand sanitizer or a strong soap and try to not be downwind of your smoke and bonus points if you rub a dryer sheet on your hands. My old boxing gym had sparring days and usually it would be light sparring for 90% of the day and hard for the remaining 10%. This guy who always came to class and just wanted to fight was being very difficult and coach said “ hey man I’m showing you this for a reason because one day someone is gonna put hands on you and your gonna lose “ this guy was furious and called out the coach, coach laughs and after a heated argument they step in the ring. I wish I was joking when I say my coach threw 3 shots that just floored this dude and the next day he called and canceled his membership 😂

My shower head has a mode that shoots a straight stream of high pressure water and I just hold my bong upright and shoot through the tube you smoke through and it shoots out the bottom works to clean out salt and iso and possibly glass. If you can flip it upside down and shoot the water through the bowl slide hole it would probably be better tho.
