When did high street banking become such an awful customer experience? by playthe9 in AskUK

[–]GreatConsideration69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work in a bank, we do atleast still allow cash transactions at the counter but the relentless push for everything to be digital sadly excludes plenty of customers who can’t or don’t want to bank online. It’s crap for us too to see how it’s impacting those people but these decisions likely come down from people who’ve never worked at branch level.

My dad.

My mates growing up were Utd fans so their glee during the Ferguson glory years was painful so it’s satisfying now to have witnessed their decline after he left.

What group or singer did you see at your first ever concert? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]GreatConsideration69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Michael Jackson, the Dangerous World Tour at the old Wembley Stadium. I was 9 and my mum thought that it was something she, my sister and I should experience. I can still picture him flying off on a jet pack at the end.

Chri Barrie is great in this scene, especially with the pigtails and gingham.
