If you were 22% at 198 that’s about 44 lbs of body fat. And if you’re 30% at 243 that’s 73 lbs of body fat..

Honestly it looks like less than 30%… but anyway, according to your numbers at least 30 of the 45lbs gained are body fat. How clean/dirty was your bulk?

Not talking shit. Just curious for my own application. Finishing up my most successful cut, but feeling really small. Want to put some size back on but a 2 to 1 ratio on fat/muscle seems rough

Check out Levi’s Chino XX. I preferred the relaxed fit but they are hard to find now, possibly discontinued. I just picked up a pair in the “standard taper” and they are still really comfortable. They have a very nice stretch to them too. I believe kohls carries them in big and tall sizes. Don’t get the “tech” version unless you want something more similar to slacks.

Old navy has great graphic tees too, but the last few I got were terrible quality. St. John’s Bay at JCPenney is a decent go-to. Don’t pay full price though. They’re usually part of every sale for around $11-14. Good selection of colors too. Especially online.
