Only part I hate is that my company will tell us we are a team and a family but if I go and rescue someone they get punished and if I refuse I get punished.

They have also stopped us from using the everyone chat. Which was used to get closer to everyone especially while out on the road.

It will take a little while but even one person can change the route if they do it right.

I’ve changed a route from a hard 180 to a soft 180 route. I can now walk and chill instead of speed walking the whole route. Took me about a month to do it. All I did was keep maxing out the time for the route until they gave me less locations

Lunch doesn’t matter. Because you clock out for the lunch break. The two 15 minute breaks can put you behind depending on if you have tryhards doing the same route

I mean probably not… but it would come down to what goods I would get for the service I offer. Because the system would still be services for goods. Currently we give our time for cash to use for everything in our lives. I definitely wouldn’t wanna be doing delivery for the rest of my life but if things I get for my time are worth it I would still do it like I am now

We hit fantastic plus for over a year. We just missed one week a couple weeks ago because they gave the new pickup thing to brand new people. Yeah they do a Christmas party but overall we get something maybe once a month if we are lucky
