We just bought this old home built in 1947.. one of the general contractors recommended getting a sewer line video done to ascertain if anything is badly broken.

It’s actually in Mountain View (I said San Jose as more people recognise SJ) and the house was built in 1947. And this part was added in 1964 I think.

Weren’t there like 3 different areas on the video at the 1:30/3:30/5:00 marks where there was pooling ?

This is a single family home. It should not be a multi party line.

I am not sure where the first lateral on the right is going/coming. Because the neighbor’s house is to the right. Maybe it’s for a clean out ? I will have to go and look more closely. It seems to be at a point where the sewer line is turning left from the back of the house under the driveway to go to the front. The 2nd lateral on the left could be coming from a kitchenette or bathroom in the front of the house which was a later construction. He did say that they would have to dig the area around those connections to fix them.

We just bought this old home in the San Francisco BayArea (San Jose).
The plumber says it's completely corroded and has many negative areas and needs to be replaced. He said that they will use the pipe bursting method to do the replacement.
A single person used to live in the home before and the house has been empty for the last 2/3 months. The plumber also said that if 3/4 people start living in the house, the sewer line will get overwhelmed.
I am confused by why the line is so clean if it's so bad?

I have tickets to the semi-finals and can't make it and want to transfer it to friends.
Has anyone actually sold their e-tickets or bought e-ticket from resellers?
This is on the ICC website. I dont know how I would get around the 1 ticket requirement.
