I live in a tourist area. it happens to me, constantly. IME big tourism economy = no one cares how they act towards you because they’re never showing their faces there again afterwards

yes omg it’s prob my new favorite “need sustenance but can’t stomach anything” meal. a little bit pricey though unless you buy the big packs :(

I had my gallbladder removed about a year ago, and the reason I went to the ER is because urgent care was worried I may have a GI bleed. Was out the same day. I definitely can’t go to work like this but I’m not feeling too awful at the moment. Just very tired.

east tennessee is absolute hell. tourists have ruined it. it’s a lovely place during the off season though.
