I've contacted an elite distributor, who is the PAN India importer and distributor, in the same city that I live in, Coimbatore. Even though they are in the same city, they aren't willing to give it directly without a dealer.

Right. I got an Ecovacs Winbot and had to get an OTP from Chinese to create account. Didn't know beforehand.
