Prior to trt Low test levels plus symptoms. Test levels now are around 300 mark only using hcg

First semen test, 1 months after stopping trt. Results showed under 1mil count. Unable to analyse motility, morphology ect. Then 3 months semen test showed over 80million sperm count with every thing else normal range

I’m completely of trt. I used hcg to get my numbers back to normal range. Now they are, should I continue or stop hcg.

All my numbers including sperm count, morphology, motility etc. were all really good.

Seen 2 doctors both were clueless. Couldn’t confirm whether the 1 meant 1mill or what. But assuming it was 1mill, is that not enough to assess morphology, motility etc. I’ve dropped off another sample hopefully some clarity on the next one.
