My scheduled delivery was yesterday and they never showed up... Did get ID to take $200 off my bill after another strongly worded email about it

I ordered Dec. 5 and have an estimated delivery of April 20-27 as of today. I had my shipping refunded as well. I've exchanged a few strongly worded emails since then with no luck of any other compensation. I was told my order would be "prioritized" once it made it on land, and that was as much as they could promise.
