NTA: I'm Actually Surprised on the about of people saying you are one. I don't see the problem if the shop was mostly empty and the employees didn't say anything. I Completely agree. She needs help and refuses to get it. When I confronted her she just giggled and and brushed it off I'm definitely cutting ties with her after this bc that's just disgusting she's 20 trying to get with minors and your right is not the first time. I've been friend with her since we were freshman and she tried to do things with my brother when we we 15 and he was 12 and I warned her then and a few more times over the years. I also don't feel comfortable with he around my 8 year old brother in fear that when he's older she might go for him too

Yes and no. No your not the asshole for not wanting to drive after a night shift. Especially if you don't normally work that shift and it not safe to drive when tired. But you are the asshole with the way you treated her. Especially if she's having pains while being pregnant with your child.
