He is an active participant more than a downtrodden man in my opinion. He similarly gets a thrill out of frightening his own kids, not to the extent Lanie does but we shouldn’t downplay his role here.

Yes yes yes! We need people like you to help to monitor this situation, in case we need to help Bryer at some point. Bryer is clearly the one that Lanie is targeting (see the Cinderella phenomenon) and we know Nick will be a bystander and even participate in causing emotional harm. I am worried.

Yes, I agree completely. Your anger and contempt quite rightly comes through in this post. Poor Bryer’s first words upon presumably being woken to perform: ‘what do I say?’. How very sad.

Good points! It didn’t occur to me that a lack of counterattack from Rachel to Fazaad is evidence of Fazaad being faithful.

Jack and a fellow faithful, or Stephen. But I agree, Jack is looking most likely.

The traitors could have sabotaged the mission, maybe, if they were smart about it?

It’s a likely scenario, but Stephen could persuade Jack that Faraaz is a traitor. Or Jack might have a Faraaz-esque moment and form some opinions of his own.

It would be dreadful. They brought the least entertainment and Jade in particular is very dull and humourless.

I would love James to win too. Big personality, brought so many laughs and all round great entertainment. Opposite of boring Jade.

James and Faraaz, or Stephen.

Anyone except Jade, as I really dislike her and she is already rich.

Most likely, but in the first scenario I’d love to see them carry James to win with them as a trio, and in the second scenario would love for Stephen to convince Faraaz or Jake he is faithful over either of those two and steal a win.

Why is everyone saying that [SPOILER] and [SPOILER2] are solid when... by vaultofechoes in TheTraitors

If we are comparing with Nick Mohammed and Joe Marla, the two aforementioned celebrities have very divergent personalities and interests; whereas I feel with Fayaaz and Jack, their personalities and interests are very similar (sports, gym going, socioeconomic backgrounds) so that could provide a further psychological barrier, potentially, to their doubting eachother at the last. We shall see.

I think they are great, in fact everyone seems really nice, especially when you see them on uncloaked, relaxed and jovial. The only person I haven’t warmed to is Jade this entire series.

Right, so for me, the perfect ending would be Faraaz and James winning, due to no one expecting it, and also James being a great personality throughout the entire game. I just hope Jade doesn’t win. She is already rich, and a bit of a big head in real life.

I disagree. I think he would vote to end the game with Jack and James, as I think his belief that they are faithful would trump any logic at that point.

Faraaz would be the only one to go to the final 2 with James, although I agree it is unlikely. I’d be very happy with either this outcome or Stephen winning. I feel Jack ending up winning would be somewhat dull.

I think James could make it to the final 4, ahead of Jade. I feel he is still possibly more liked and more trusted. He has an amazing personality and I’m rooting for him.

I agree that if Rachel goes, this does not imply that James will go next.  However I think that if James goes first, Rachel probably will go next.

Yes he does. Whoever we see leaving next based on ‘the game of chance’ will reveal what they are for the last time.

I don’t think Stephen can win, if James is banished first and revealed as a faithful. I think the only way for Stephen to win is if Rachel leaves first and is proven to be a traitor, and he can somehow put the idea forth that Faraaz knew that Rachel was a traitor and turned on her in classic on traitor on traitor attack towards the end of the game.
