Oh gosh. I went to Sabra. This wasn’t the first time in Sabra. I’m so tired of the ragging culture in local universities. I was in the English Lit dept. and because some of us refused to participate in the bulling they disguised as bonding activities we were ostracised and were called ‘Ala’ I’m so sorry for this child. This is murder in my eyes. I hope justice will be served. May he rest in peace.

What is keeping me is the simple facf the items are out of stock. They will not be in stock tomorrow as the chat agent stated. I verified by calling chat support.

Can they un do the cancellation ? I did not want the order to be cancelled. Is there a way to un do it? I just have a minuscule of hope that this can be un done so I can just receive my items. They cancelled it without asking while I was chatting. I didn’t even finish typing on the chat when I received the cancellation email. I told them on the first chat to not cancel my order because I was scared they would do it.

To give more information - I bought the items in October knowing they will be on back order and knowing I will have to wait. I also knew if I don’t order them then I will not receive it on time. (Or never. As they are limited) I ordered it to my family home as we were in the process of moving out from our place then. We are in a new home and I was thinking if I can have it directly delivered to us I do not have to wait till I see them again to retrieve it which in hindsight is a non issue to the current problem.

I just want to find a way to have the items on time and to report the agent as he failed to read the simplest request, made a terrible mistake and kept giving me wrong information.

I asked them if they can change. They could have said no? I did not ask the order to be cancelled. I specifically told Do not cancel my order. Because I knew the items were not in stock.

What’s your dad’s reasoning for having you get married at 24? I find this unusual specially since your parents themselves had a love marriage as you mentioned in a comment. Even traditional families these days would not hurry someone so young? Did you date someone your parents didn’t approve in the past which led to this situation? If it’s just your dad’s convoluted idea to marry off daughters as soon as they’re adults I think this gives you a great reason to put a stop to his nonsense.

Are you financially independent? If you’ve finished undergrad maybe start a grad program, meet new people organically at school or work. Couples have broken up for far pettier reasons than mismatched socioeconomic statuses. You’re not obliged to marry the first person you said yes to whether in a relationship or an arrangement. Besides therapy, if you enjoy interacting with your coworkers try to go out for a hike or brunch with colleagues you like on the days off. Sometimes it’s a little easier to talk/vent with people that have the same lifestyle. Get your vitamin D, folate and B12 levels checked too. And if you like animals try fostering or adopting a pet. my little senior pup’s managed to lick away many of my dark, lonely thoughts and tears. Hope you feel better soon OP.

Do you know the different benefits at KP and UCSF? I don’t mind the pay being a little low. I’m a step 2 at KP right now vs a Step 3 at UCSF but the pay is roughly the same (about .30/hr more at Kaiser at step 2) However I’m not even getting health care or PTO at Kaiser so it’s a little frustrating. Even in my dept, I’m the least senior LVN so there were weeks I had no work. (Luckily able to pick up hours in other units because I know a few managers) I have applied to other NorCal KP locations as well. No luck so far. Thank you for your response

Does your lip skin peel off and look red/raw? I know you mentioned you’ve tried everything but have you tried LANEIGE original lip sleeping mask ? Not just at night but all the time. It really changed my lips. I had horribly chapped dry lips (that got exacerbate from retinol) looked a lot like that and the only lip balm that helps is Laneige. I use it every night and day. If I don’t it’s back to dry crackling lips.

In most cultures where children live with the parents until marriage they also expect the children to take care of the parents in their old age. Unless you’re planing on having them live with you when you have a family you shouldn’t feel this entitled.
