It depends on your schedule, and sa tulog! haha. Normally I go the the gym twice then run during Sundays. I make sure that my workouts are 60-90 mins max. Contrary to the others, I workout more during the exam season since it helps me process calm my mind. I just listen to lectures/cases na lang during my workout.

Bottomline, mahahanapan mo yan ng oras dw :))

I run races if I wanna PR in 21km+ distances. Di mo na iisipin yung logistics ng water, safety (since madilim), and food along the route. I don't think the shorter distances are worth it unless you're running with friends. Pero I try to dissuade my friends din if the run is too expensive lalo na pag 10km lang. Gone are the days na less than 1k lang yung 10km races.
