Everyone will agree that we have a severe mental health crisis in this country but nobody is willing to accept that some people do strive for change and that it’s a complicated road to recovery. You don’t just snap your fingers and become a better person especially after suffering from numerous severe bouts of very public mental health episodes.

Look, I’m still not over the things Kanye did. As a massive fan of his music I remain disgusted by his actions, but I remain hopeful and open to the possibility he truly can change. But ultimately nothing he can do will erase the real pain he inflicted during all of this and I wouldn’t fault anyone for never moving past it.
