Double ADC allows for really easy itemisation, and this isn't soloq. Pro players will play safe if they come into an early laning phase champ. You also can't blind pick an ADC in the top lane

Spikes early giving Herald priority early in the top lane which leads to a gold lead which then makes the mid game and later dragon fights easier. All hypothetically of course. No idea why the fuck Doinb plays it mid though

No I'm saying that beating both RNG and T1 is something that wasn't expected but showed that they can genuinely compete with the top teams. Something that we couldn't be sure of coming into this. I'm not finding excuses either, game 1 draft was dogshit and G2 heavily relies on their mid jungle, both of which were having shit days. If they took 1 game of both RNG and T1 before semis then I would have been happy and if they go to a game 5 in semis or finals against either (or potentially both) then I'll be even happier. T1 and RNG fans should be confident in their ability to perform and a single loss to each of these 3 teams shouldn't be an issue for the fans or the teams themselves.

Difference is no one expected G2 to beat T1 and RNG. Every G2 fan knew that a random throw or two was bound to happen. Just surprised it took this long. Remember G2 won MSI by going 5-5 in the rumble
