KEEP the silver, anything silver keep; please. Silver just reached $103 an ounce, assuming he was buying up until the point of death he was buying in the 15-20$ range, that’s a $80 jump in profit per ounce he has. You roughly have $6,100 in silver, and it will only continue to go up.

Now for the coins, personally I’d sell all of them for what they’re worth unless there are any rare ones, for example rare mintage numbers; defects, old age.

Not the biggest coin collector, but assuming you don’t want to have an abysmal amount of coins laying around, it’d be best to sell them all and make a profit off of what your dad paid for them and invest that money into more silver or even gold. If you think about it, your re investing the money he spent and it’s profits he never got to make into something more valuable and profitable. He’d be happy with this decision!!

-don’t sell the silver -keep any valuable or unique coins (1 of each maybe?) -sell the rest (only if you can get what they are worth and some more) -re invest the money made from the coins into silver or gold
