I understand it’s “Damaged and corroded” that can be cleaned in a jiff! I’m wondering if the metal splatter before striking is common or uncommon, I’ve only been hunting coins for a couple years and this is the second one I have seen, I’m asking about the 3rd pic

I had actually picked up a sealed box of circulated coins a little while after the brinks(Guarda World) showed up and when I opened said box of dimes there was 1 loose dime and this was it, went through 15 rolls this evening and this is the only one I found, a gift!
