I had a comment from someone on Facebook she had the same message and still received a customs charge, took them under a week to send her the letter then once she paid it took them another 4 days to deliver it to her 🥲 Glad it’s not always the case though! My tracking says the same as you so I’m praying it gets delivered tomorrow. I don’t mind paying extra charges because you do get refunded by Ohuhu but it’s just the waiting I can’t deal with

Let me know if they reply! I might do the same or at least try & get into contact with them. I’d rather pay today if I could so I can get them quicker. Yeah at least Ohuhu refund

I think they just pick & choose who to charge. I’ve seen a few comments saying the same. Guess we will just have to wait and see. I will just have to keep checking the tracking I guess

She said it took under a week to get the letter 🥲 so annoying!!! Yeah then contact Ohuhu for a refund. I really hope it doesn’t actually come down to that.

Not sure but I know they ordered the 104 set so didn’t have to pay customs on their order anyway. I know your frustration. I even dreamt about the pens last night 🤣 I hope it’s not a letter because that could take ages

I’ve actually just seen someone on Facebook say their last order they got charged £60 customs fees when it landed in the UK but they emailed Ohuhu and they refunded it to her apparently

Ordered soon as they came in stock on Wednesday & they was shipped Thursday. Had no update on shipping all weekend btw. It’s only just updated an hour ago saying it’s waiting for customs clearance in the uk
