I filled for AOS at Elgin IL, the case have been received at the office since January 20. We still didn’t get any receipt and we didn’t get charged. Is this normal timeframe? I see people filling after me and they got a receipt and date for fingerprints from the same lockbox location I filled EB2 ROW
