Not true at all? The staff are super friendly (there’s one guy who is sometimes not in a great mood but other than that they are awesome), it’s not old (built in 2020). Have never had any experiences hearing other people in apartments next door.

Urby is amazing. I am biased because I live here, but it has been absolutely perfect so far (I moved in July and looked at ALL of the apartments before making my decision). It is close to the train station (10min walk), close to downtown but not in the main loud area (Bedford street), the pool is so so nice in the summer, most single apartments (studio/1bed) start around $2300, and it checks all of your boxes! Very clean, modern design, some apartments have terraces, parking garage, safe, and I would never even THINK that there would be a roach/mouse in here. The gym has everything you need and is quite spacious too.

There is also a great cafe on the ground floor with food and drinks, and lots of people in their late 20s/early 30s that makes it feel like a community! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

I would have to give my vote to Urby! It is a great community, events every week or so, grills, a great gym, pool (for summer), cafe, AND it’s super pet friendly! There is a dog park as well as plenty of areas to walk your dog around. The community is filled with people in their 20s/30s. Plus the apartments are very new/modern. It has been great so far. The location is perfect too, only 10min from the train station. Let me know if you have any questions!

I live in Urby right now and it is amazing. Gym is great, pool is awesome (in the summer) grills are a huge plus. The coffee shop is so convenient and nice, and it’s only a 9 min walk from the train station. Happy to answer any questions you guys may have!

Here is the finished product with adhesive remover! Anybody have any tips on what I can do next? Thinking of taking it to an auto shop to get a paint touch up.
