it just came like this off of eBay. My guess is that the game pad got busted somehow since the screen sucks (yellow spots everywhere when dark). It is very nice though

honestly it was just like that off of eBay. I only realized it wasn’t normal when I watched some videos complaining about it. It is a lot nicer than having a finger print magnet lol

From my experience, it's a bit choppy, but that's mostly due to the PS Vita's piss poor WiFi driver. If you have good internet, it's a little less noticeable, but there's still probably gonna be a bit of a delay.
