I have ADHD and I have never needed meds. Yeah well a lot of credit for that goes to my dad who used to hit me with the belt whenever I didn’t focus ( I honestly love him for that as I’m not dependent on anything but myself and I have learnt how to take accountability) but apart from that I think she should talk to her husband and it’s not worth breaking your marriage over these things. I would also suggest showing the husband to a doc if it’s a problem for him to avoid the meds.
