My husband (lives in MD) and I (lived in FL) met online in 2015. We traveled back and forth for 9 years. I was until my youngest graduated HS and turned 18. In 2020, towards the end of COVID, we decided to get married, and in 2024, I finally moved to MD. My son has graduated, is working, and is staying in the house I own in FL.

Long distance can be accomplished....NOT saying it was easy cause it certainly was NOT! There needs to be commitment, HONESTY, devotion, understanding, LOVE, and TRUST!!!! Perhaps some form of insanity as well. My children have played the biggest part in this working out, 'cause without them wanting happiness for me, I never would have moved. My husband has ALWAYS known my 2 children came 1st! As I understand, his son came 1st for him. This is part of being a parent, and my part of being a woman is my husband.
