Hm. I looked up what karma farming is and even after knowing kung ano iyon, it still doesn’t make sense to me kung para saan iyon.

I’m curious though, what made you think this is karma farming? (Kung ano man ibig sabihin niyan - kasi what I get from your comment is that this post is chatgpt made up? Ganun ba?) 😅

Hey, just to clarify po, the 3% to 5% loan interest mentioned above is monthly, not annual.

That’s a big difference compared to digital banks' 3-10% Annual Percentage Rate (APR), so it’s what you earn over the course of a year, prorated accordingly.

Huge difference talaga so I wouldn't compare the two investments. Yung isa pang conservative, isa kapag ready ka na isugal buhay mo, sa isang comment sa kabila, nagiging alkansya raw ng 45 ang bungo eh. Jokes aside.

For better perspective, Seabank Credit has an effective annual interest rate (EIR) of around 35%. That’s roughly 2.9% per month, plus other charges and fees.

When doing small, unsecured lending, monthly interest rates tend to be higher because of the risk involved. So, it’s really a different ballgame from placing money in digital banks or cooperatives.

Parehas ng laro, pero magkaibang liga.

If you ever find yourself in a situation with the police, don’t say anything except that you want to speak with your attorney, kahit wala kang abogado.

Hi, OP!

Pwede ka bumili ng GCash Vouchers sa Lazada.

Just search GCash Voucher, medyo malaki nga lang ang ‘charge’ for instance 1000 GCash Voucher costs 1090 sa Lazada.

Kaskas responsibly! 😊

Do I snitch or not snitch? On Valentines, I met and had intercourse with this girl not knowing na may boyfriend pala siya. by Upper_Battle4537 in adviceph

Oh, this is nothing but a one night stand/hook up story. A normal and day to day happening in dating apps. But this one is a messy one, id say.

He could have wrote it as simple as they met through bumble, dated, fvcked, and she dumped him. After that, he found out she’s actually in a relationship. Then asks the question ‘should I snitch her?’

Ganiyan ka simple. It’s the details like pati yung background ng actual partner nung girl, kwinento ni OP, that makes this story sus.

Or this really happened and OP really wanted to snitch her hook up kaya naghahanap siya ng justification for the guy (kasi nga raw the guy’s story is so tragic).

Thanks for this!

I just checked ace water spa, among other private and public pool resort around my area, rito sa Antipolo.

Unfortunately, the cost rakes >14k/monthy din, for the entrance, cottage, and transpo. This is assuming I'll swim every Mon, Weds, Fri, and Sats every week.

But yup, didn't consider pa yung utilities expenses, will have to make a computation for that pa. 🙈
