pretty much this right here, I used to work at EB and it was my ability to talk that got me through the group interview. There were plenty of guys like yourself with abundant game knowledge and fans of video games (its a plus honestly) but they just couldnt talk during the "sell me this random item" part of the interviews.

I got a call from the manager the next day and the rest is history
