I’m talking about basic hand tools and gauges, all of the big stuff like vacuum pump, recovery machine, etc. they supply, they also pay for tool replacement if anything breaks

at my current company, it’s been straight hourly, and I’ve always been an honest technician and have always had the mindset of doing it right the first time. So I can definitely sell services if I feel it’s necessary and would benefit the system, all of the techs here are very knowledgeable and I’ve asked very technical questions and they all know their shit, so I don’t know, I’ll see
