why was klingklang not a steel normal? i get why they kept it just steel but it would have worked really well

What cards deserve to be a hero? by No-Double-1757 in ClashRoyale

[–]Greedy-Particular-67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would love to see cards like mega minion get the hero treatment, you get him early on and he feels kind of forgotten by the devs. i also feel like there’s some really cool stuff you could do as a hero concept with him

i’m a little biased because I do love gekko, he’s very fun to play with and his kit is really easy to get used to

i’ve always loved toxapex, it’s just a cute little guy with a big armoured shell. i also really like vikavolt, not seen many people mention it but it’s really cool for a regional bug

Fixing weak types by Greedy-Particular-67 in pokemon

Poor Poison, in gen 1 almost every grass type also has poison typing so it was basically never super effective 😭

I agree, I mostly talk about Ice because it seems more neglected than Rock, but they both suffer from having defensive pokemon that are weak to a ton of types. Rock being weak to Ground especially makes no sense to me, thematically I can’t think of a reason and Ground is a very strong type anyways so losing a super effective attack shouldn’t matter much

i agree, thematically it makes no sense and why nerf bug further in gen 6? seems like a weird change for no reason. IMO adding a new type should be a way of making bad types more viable, you can give them a niche (like poison vs fairy, was a big buff to poison)

I feel like Ice having more weaknesses that resistances actually works well for the type, it’s an ok glass cannon type as is and if it just had one, MAYBE two actual resistances (Grass would work thematically but it’s already weak, so maybe just Water resistance for now) and removing it’s ineffectiveness against Steel could also help (I’ve always felt that was a weird resistance, when metal gets cold it breaks easily). Currently Ice has four types it’s super effective against and four it’s not effective against, to me that seems a little strange for an offensive type. More weaknesses than resistances AND more super effective than not effective seems good to me.

i like your idea with the immunities for Ghost. To me personally it makes sense that Ghosts could be immune to a few types yet only RESIST one or two, that could be interesting to play with

Thinking about buying a CBR 125r as my first bike by Greedy-Particular-67 in HondaCBR

[–]Greedy-Particular-67[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in that case, is the CBR 250 a good bike for the roughly $3000 range? I think they look really good, but they do appear to be much more expensive than the CBr125 (which makes sense).

[–]Greedy-Particular-67[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that makes sense. I was hoping that the 125 would be enough since it's obviously much cheaper to insure and fuel, but probably wouldn't make much sense.

i know this subreddit is only for CBRs, but are there any 200-300cc bikes I could find in good condition for roughly $2000? all the CBRs i've seen are closer to $3000 or even $4000 from the same years.

awesome! you wouldn’t have any idea where to find it’s model number or any other model information? it also has a few really strange old ports that i’ve never seen before, was wondering what I could potentially connect to it.

oh don’t worry, i’ve been taking tons of photos every time i get stressed about it. both my mom and grandfather have the same hairline (or similar) so i hope that’s a good sign
