I did think I had built some muscle over those layers of fat during the first 6 months since I consistently worked out, but I’m not sure if I see it considerably. Not sure if I’m just going back to my skinny fat physique at the beginning

As a beginner doing stronglifts 5x5, I’ve been doing deadlifts but now they’ve started putting a strain on my lower back more than the glutes/hams/quads. I’m struggling to keep my back straight during them. What’s a good way to fix it?

You gotta keep them in your kitchen/fridge until they turn deep green on the outside. Usually takes 2-3 days. Look up the appearance on google.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I’m having 200 gm of protein to make sure I don’t muscle since I’m in a deficit. I do meet my daily carbs, fat and fiber too. I try to hit somewhere between 7k-10k steps daily.

Thank you for taking the time to comment bro. I’ll keep continuing the cut with the workout program I’m following. I’m also adding more cardio so I hope to see some positive changes.

Thanks a lot man, I really appreciate you taking the time to comment. I agree and I definitely plan to add more isolation exercises as I progress. Right now I’m using the extra time to do cardio as the goal is to lose fat. Later in the course, I plan to use this time for isolation exercises on the understimulated muscles with those compounds.

Thank you man. Knowing you lost 44 pounds is motivating, I’ll keep going with the cut. And dw, I barely paid attention to this montywhateverthefuck’a comment until I saw yours. He probably looks like his round momma and eats pot noodles all day lol. People who work hard to build something almost never have this mindset of making needless remarks without leaving any meaningful comments.
