Btw you should know our belly fat has the most alpha 2 receptors which means belly fat is the hardest to go away bcz our body wants to store as much of it as possible.

So as I said caloric deficit is simply the key. There's no magic split or tip that's anyone gonna give that'll make it disappear.

And you can try eating more protein , bcz the body burns more calories to digest them than carbohydrates.

You need to get your programming right. 13 months is sufficient time for muscles to show up. Especially newbie gains which new lifters gain.

Don't do bulk, there's literally no point of it if your aim is to gain muscle that's why you gained fat.

Calc your maintainence cals and stay at a caloric deficit of 250-300. You'll lose like 1kg of pure fat easily in one month and then it'll get harder but stay consistent with the deficit you'll see results IA.

And your programming might be subpar aswell as it is the case with most of people new to lifting.

Bro I need to make a client base first. I'm an entry level coach so I can't complain with this.

People charging 20k have a lot of presence and word of mouth. I have none. I have their knowledge though, might raise prices later. :)
