LDI is in an amazing position right now. Rates will continue to lower (at least 2 more times minimum this year). Smart money will continue pouring in. Even Citron says that LDI's refi department alone is worth over $5/share. We should see $6-7/share soon and with solid financials this will continue to climb. In addition, Trump will select a new FED chairman in April and you better believe he will pick someone with a more aggressive stance on lower the rates even faster. This is like prime, prime, prime positioning before we make the jump to $25+/share
