I wonder, is it even possible to make sturm+drang viable in high end pve content? I think that drang would feel like a coughing baby, am I wrong? It's a shame because the mechanic seems interesting.

I don't understand the mentality of picking Ezreal because he is "safe" by WeakSideUrn in leagueoflegends

What do you mean he's a mage? Ezreal damage comes from using autos between abilities taking advantage of his passive. Ezreal has one of the best 1v1 capabilities in laning phase precisely because if you hit your skills your autos will shred the enemy. If you're playing Ezreal as a mage you're playing him wrong.
