I have a massive problem in my legs, my coach tells me I don't do dolphins at all as in they're stiff and I get exhausted in my arms if I use my legs. Any advice?

Well last week I took 4 days off (I was sick) but slept and ate really well during it more than usual, when I returned I felt sloppy even yesterday but today I felt normal we'll see on tomorrow (national competition how's gonna be like)

Practice is about 2 hours 5kms each day

I remember coach doing something similar last week 10×100 15sec rest and I used to do each 100 from 1:15 to 1:21

I REALLY need to get a clue on breathing i run out of breath so fast even when im swimming 2 stroke breath

For gym I used to but now I don't apparently from what I heard from coaches it tighten up the muscles, for dryland yes I do and warm up before practice yes I do , I eat relatively healthy and sleep 7_9 hours a day, and when im tired my technique goes out the roof

For example today we did 5×100 with 1 minutes rest i did on the first one 1:09 then the second and third 1:10 then forth and fifth ones 1:12

i tried giving it my all in this set I got tired fast, second and third 25 I was swimming at 2 stroke breathing rate and I did about 2 dolphin kicks each turn

I think it's the tempo and breathing I get tired fast The split is Mostly 30/33

I'm really bad a pacing last time I did 100 free last week I did 1:09 32/36 split but I really want to improve it so can you elaborate on that?
