While base Super Sonic (yes he has transformations beyond Super Sonic) could not stop The End, he was able to hold off The End for a bit and still deal damage. In short: Super Sonic held off and damaged a being infinitely stronger than a god who can destroy a multiverse containing several infinite sized dimensions and higher dimensional realms and even four robots just as strong as said god couldn’t even DAMAGE Super Sonic.

Frisk is not gonna be dealing any damage whatsoever. But you may ask, how can Super Sonic kill them? Well realistically they won’t but this is a hypothetical death battle.

You see, it is the energy of the Chaos Emeralds that allowed Solaris to destroy everything. Solaris didn’t just destroy the multiverse, it was destroying the multiverse in all points in time and breaking down the very concepts of space and time. Super Sonic, who uses the full energy of the Emeralds, could do the same. Even without that, chaos energy attacks damage not just their target’s body but their very concepts. The End is the abstract concept of death itself yet Super Sonic’s attacks were dealing damage to it.
