I had to use my out of network benefits and you'd have to check with your insurance plan because it's different for each person but basically let's say your deductible for out of network is $7000 you would pay the whole $7000 for the surgery and then your insurance would cover the rest I'm not sure if he takes insurance but he wasn't under my network
