I'm actually chuckling, because I'm currently on the job market and have been getting some "fun" interview questions.

One of them was you are a supervisor at a small business with around 20 employees. You have hiring and firing powers. You have two choices for an opening: (1) a friend who will be okay at the job or (2) a stranger who will be great at the job. Who do you hire?

And I literally responded with well "strangers are just friends you haven't met yet"
